In the odd event that an error or misunderstanding occurs, you’ll receive our full support in refunding your order.

To cancel your order and expedite the refund process, please write to us at sales@eroev.com or raise an issue in the Support section on the EroEV mobile app.

Use the subject line, “Order Refund Request.” Please let us know what issues you are facing and we will promptly get back to you.

To qualify for an instant refund, reach out to us within 48 hours of charging completion..

For such quick refund requests, we have a ‘no questions asked’ policy.

That means as long as you share the required evidence (check the next section) we’ll activate the refund process instantly.

Crossed that 48-hour deadline?

No worries, we will still try to solve the issue. We’ll assign an account manager to your request. Together, we’ll talk through the details and try to come to a mutually beneficial solution.
